day 6 UBON RATCHATHANI TO MUKDAHAN
278KMS 4:42HRS of riding

Today we head West for a while till we get to the confluence of the Mun and mighty Mekong rivers to the aptly named two colour river viewpoint. After that stop we then head North and will run up the far Eastern Side of Thailand for most of the day with the Mekong River to our right and Laos on the other side of it.

Beautiful, relaxed laid back day of riding where the traffic will be light, the weather perfect, the roads great and the scenery spectacular. You can even go for a swim in the Mekong if you want. Another thing ticked off your bucket list.

Our hotel for tonight is right in the middle of the famous large and sprawling riverside IndoChina market. Here you can buy just about anything and everything you could possibly imagine, want or need. A perfect place to pick up some souvenirs or gifts at bargain basement prices or just spend some time wandering around taking in the atmosphere and sights.

A great spot for dinner that is just a 4 minute stroll from the front door of the hotel with   fantastic selections of foods and icy cold beers ready and available. Picture perfect setting over the edge of the Mekong River with its views across to Laos in the distance. What a fantastic way to spend the last of the daylight on a warm tropical evening saving cold beers from going out of use by date, having a chat and a laugh and feasting on great food.

How God created humans

looks like my belly is wanting more and more of Thai cuisine
i want more n more foodie
the shopping is blowing a big hole in my pants, no more place to store
then come my bed the awesome stays
