The 24th edition of the PETRONAS GRAND PRIX OF MALAYSIA is back in action from November 10 to 12, 2023, as Round 19 on the thrilling MotoGP™ calendar. This adrenaline-pumping event takes place at the world-renowned Sepang International Circuit (SIC), boasting a 5.543 km track with 15 exhilarating turns where bikes race at mind-boggling speeds of over 300 km/h.
In 2022, after the post-pandemic hiatus, the circuit welcomed an impressive 163,567 spectators for the 3-day extravaganza. Francesco Bagnaia, riding for the Ducati Lenovo Team, clinched victory at the #MalaysianGP. Enea Bastianini from Gresini Racing MotoGP™ set a remarkable all-time lap record with a blistering time of 1’57.790 and a top speed of 339.6 km/h, finishing as the runner-up. Fabio Quartararo, the 2021 MotoGP™ World Champion, secured the third spot. The Ducati team ruled the season, claiming the titles of Team World Champion, Constructors' World Champion, and Rider World Champion.
